2010 Spring Edition
Our Spring Edition jump-starts the season's events with Go Red—a perfect opportunity to give a
little Valentine to yourself or someone you love by focusing on healthy
habits. Show your care and awareness by participating in the American
Heart Association’s Go Red Day for Women, February 5, 2010. According
to the AHA, heart disease is the No. 1 killer of women in the United
States. Raise funds for research and help drop that statistic when you
shop for products or support companies—such as Macy’s—that support the
fight against heart disease and elevate the cause. Two other upcoming
AHA events include the 17th Annual Heart Ball (February 6) and the
Wal-Mart Mini-Marathon in March.
But don’t stop there. Find more
than 40 other events from February through April to help you choose the
best fun with the best payoff—funds for your favorite nonprofit or
cause.
