Upon your arrival in San Francisco, you will be met and travel via motor coach to Terra Valentine for a private vineyard tour and lunch. Located about 2,100 feet above Napa Valley – Terra Valentine brings together a state-of-the-art fermentation system with the uncovered beauty of an artisan-constructed building.

Known for its Cabernet, Terra Valentine is blessed with two vineyards, Wurtele and Yverdon, that capture the best of Spring Mountain District winegrowing.

While at Terra Valentine, meet winemaker Sam Baxter. Baxter is one of the first of a new generation of Napa Valley winemakers. Baxter's father, Phil Baxter, created some of the early wines that brought notoriety to Napa Valley.

After lunch, depart to The Lodge at Sonoma Renaissance Resort & Spa

Dinner is Dine Around - we will make reservations at several restaurants recently reviewed and recommended - and you choose. Then meet back at the hotel for a nightcap and to share your experience.

Friday, April 30
Mid-morning, depart for an exclusive Russian River Valley winery tour and lunch at Foppiano Vineyards, the oldest family-owned winery in California. Petite Sirah, the family's favorite wine, has become the winery's signature wine, and is known nationwide as one of the country's top Petites year-in and year-out. Meet the Foppiano family – including fourth generation wine maker Louis M. Foppiano.

Return to the hotel before traveling to the historic MacMurray Ranch for a wine tasting, jeep tour to the top of the ridge and dinner. MacMurrary Ranch is situated amongst spectacular redwoods and surrounded by the foothills and mountains of the Pacific Coastal Range. It was this magnificent countryside that brought Fred MacMurray to Northern California in the late 1930s. To this day, MacMurray Ranch remains one of the premier Pinot Noir producers in the Middle Reach of the Russian River Valley.
